For those of you that have been worried about purchasing a Generic ND64 PNP MS, we have updated the wiring information and base maps to make installing this unit a breeze.

We have added wiring information for the following models. So now, if you purchase our unit, the wiring job is a simple job of connecting point A to point B:
– 1990-94 Mazda Protege, 323, Familia
– 1991-95 Ford Escort GT
– 1990-95 Ford Laser
– 1990-94 Mazda 323 AWD GTX, GTR
– 1990-97 Mazda Miata
– 1992-95 Mazda MX-3 V6
– 1990-97 Mazda MX-6 KLDE KLZE V6
– 1990-97 Ford Probe KLDE KLZE V6

We have also included BASE maps for the following vehicles to be loaded to our PNP ECU:
– 1990-94 Mazda Protege, 323, Familia

Stratified Megasquirt Plug and Play ND64 released!

It’s been a while since we’ve made an update but that’s because we’ve been hard at work designing a new MegasquirtII based PNP ECU that is both versatile and powerful.

Stratified Megasquirt Plug and Play ND64 ECU

This ECU has several key features not found anywhere else:

– You don’t have to modify your stock wiring at all! Add full spark and fuel control in minutes by unplugging your stock ECU and plugging this in

– It comes fully assembled

– It has a built in boost control driver, relay drivers for fans and solenoids, and digital input switches for flat shifting

– It is designed to allow a user to add simple peripherals such as a boost controller or a wideband WITHOUT having to solder a single thing!

The OEM connector shown below is one of the most used connectors during the 1990s and early 2000s and it used in many vehicles including Mazda, Ford, Honda, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Subaru … etc. If you aren’t sure if it fits your vehicle feel free to Contact Us.

We are offering several flavors of the Stratified PNP ND64 ECU:

The first flavor is what we call:

Generic Stratified ND64 Plug and Play Standalone ECU – Generic

This ECU is fully assembled but without the vehicle specific harness jumpers. Someone who is more DIY inclined may enjoy this and this makes the generic unit adaptable to ANY vehicle using the same OEM connector our unit. Installing the jumpers should not take more than 1/2 an hour!

We offer a full Instructions Manual to download, wiring schematics for supported cars (we will add more as time goes by) and we will be adding base maps for download as well.

By the way, we are more than happy to work with you if you have a base map for a vehicle that we don’t have one for yet!

Soldering and setup may not be your cup of tea and you may want to jump straight into the world of tuning. For these enthusiasts we will be offering fully built vehicle specific PNP ECUs. We have two so far but will be adding more:

These ECUs come fully ready to plug into your vehicle, preloaded with base maps, and include one on one support until your car is up and running!

VR Conditioner Board relased!

We’re proud to announce the VR Conditioner Megasquirt Expander Board has been released.

This little SMD board based on the LM1815 allows you to bring in a second VR input and not worry about building a messy and complicated circuit yourself. Any vehicles using wasted spark or more advanced ignition systems have a crank and a cam position sensor whereas the Megasquirt only has a single conditioning circuit. Examples of vehicles that can make use of this are the Mazda RX-7, BMW E30, and the Suzuki Hayabusa.

The small size of this board makes it very easy and clean to install – a nice add-on to a custom Megasquirt build!
