This genuine 525 Walbro Hellcat is a drop-in solution to your low-pressure fueling needs for high horsepower MQB vehicles. The complete kit pre-installed in a new bucket is designed to be installed in as little as 20 minutes. If you like putting together IKEA furniture or LEGO for a satisfying DIY experience you can save money and install our pump in your original bucket. We have gone to great lengths to ensure proper fitment and simplified installation in the OEM bucket.

While every car is a bit different we usually see a low-side fuel pump upgrade as necessary when making beyond 400whp depending on the ethanol content of the fuel. We recommend running a Stratified MPI Kit in tandem to take advantage of the added flow from this LPFP. Tuning is required to run this pump, here is a link to our Stratified Protune: GTI/A3 or Golf R/S3

The Hellcat 525 pump in this kit flows 525 litres/hour at 43psi and can flow enough fuel for up to 600whp when paired with the correct supporting modifications.

Assembled kit includes:

• Genuine Walbro 525lph fuel pump that is gasoline/E85 safe.
• OEM style LPFP bucket.
• OEM quality level sensor.
• 20A Fuse.

DIY kit includes:

• Genuine Walbro 525lph fuel pump that is gasoline/E85 safe.
• Pump Filter.
• Spacers.
• 20A Fuse.
• Fuel Pump isolation sleeve.
• Plastic safe drill bits that will not damage the bucket.
• Required Hardware.

• Drill
• Soldering Iron
• M5 Allen Wrench
• 10MM socket wrench with extension
• Wire Cutters, Strippers and Crimpers
• Dremel With Small Cutting Wheel

Pump Use Information:

This pump can be fully controlled by the OEM controller with a properly setup tune. An aftermarket pump controller can be used but is not needed.
