One of the first hard part modifications you should do to your Focus ST (after the COBB AP for tuning) is to replace the intercooler. The OEM intercooler has a small core which begins to heatsoak very quickly on tuned car. This cascades into poor performance as well as a risk to reliability especially if the car is driven hard or on track. The charge pipes are included, but note that the charge pipes don't include an external BOV flange which is needed if you're planning a Garrett big turbo upgrade.

Even when stock, the factory FMIC can be overwhelmed with heatsoak. By using a 57% larger core with streamlined piping, your Focus ST will come alive with charge air thats up to 100 DEGREES COOLER. After removing the grill shutters and drilling 2 simple holes, this FMIC requires no other modification for an easy installation with the included custom silicone adapters. Off the shelf maps are available for the Ford Focus ST Accessport so it's tuned right out of the box!!
