One of the first hard part modifications you should do to your Fiesta ST (after the COBB AP for tuning) is to replace the intercooler. The OEM intercooler has a small core which begins to heatsoak very quickly on tuned car. This cascades into poor performance as well as a risk to reliability especially if the car is driven hard or on track.
