The OEM HPFP is most strained at peak torque. This upgraded increases the delivered fuel amount per stroke by 36% and allows cars that are suffering from fuel pressure drop to run higher torque. On the top end, the injectors are limited so here is where MPI or an injector upgrade is needed. HPFP upgrades only are good for 20-40hp above OEM fuel system and are relatively inexpensive and simple to perform. If doing MPI, skip the HPFP upgrade and just use MPI to supplement both peak torque and the top end. MPI kits are available in this same section of the website.
