Custom Dyno Tuning is now available Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM at our Cloverdale, BC Canada location on our state-of-the-art Mustang MD150 load controlled 4WD dyno. FWD, RWD and AWD cars can all be loaded!
This is a non-refundable commitment fee required to book dyno time. This fee is deducted from your final bill after the dyno session. If you miss your booking without giving us at least a week notice, you will need to purchase another booking to reschedule. You can select on the left side of our site to change to CAD currency.
- A professional calibrator with thousands of hours of experience will be tuning your vehicle.
- Tuning is done over a COBB Accessport (AP), HPTuners, ECUTEK, or standalone ECU (Motec, AEM, Link, Megasquirt). If you have something else, ask us if we support it.
- The tune is refined specifically for your car, your modifications, your gas quality and your goals. We discuss these with you prior to starting the tune
- At the end of your session, you will receive a dyno sheet as well as an explanation of the results.
- First Time Customer: $1000 CAD / $900 USD for 3 hours which includes a preliminary vehicle safety check (tire pressures, oil levels, coolant level, visual inspection) Additional hours at $200 CAD / $180 USD per hour.
- Returning Customer (must be the same vehicle): $200 CAD / $180 USD minimum (for preliminary vehicle safety check (tire pressures, oil levels, coolant level, visual inspection) plus hourly tuning at $200 CAD / $180USD per hour.
- Power pulls with no tuning (3 pulls) are: $200 CAD per hour / $180 USD per hour + $50 CAD / 40 USD for data logging/tune analysis.
- Any additional mechanical work if needed (boost leak checks etc) is: $175 CAD per hour / $160 USD per hour
- If a base map is needed to start the car or bring the car in to the dyno and it's possible to build one (standalone ECU is not for example), then please let us know once you have made the booking.
Once we receive your order, we will contact you back and confirm the times the dyno is available
Dyno Day Scheduling
- Once we have scheduled you in, please drop off the vehicle between 9am and 10am unless otherwise arranged.
- Most vehicle tunes will be done by end of day (5-6pm) unless otherwise specified or issues arise during the tuning process. We will contact you once the vehicle is ready for pickup.
- Please schedule a ride to and from the shop as we do not currently have a customer waiting area.
On YOUR Dyno Day
- Make sure you have at least 3/4 tank of the fuel you want to be tuned for.
- Make sure your car has no oil, coolant, exhaust or intake/boost leaks.
- We STRONGLY recommend having summer or all season tires. Winter tires deflect quite a bit and are not ideal for dyno tuning. Make sure tires are not damaged and inflated to factory spec.
- Bring your tuning device if we are using it for tuning (Accessport etc)
- Let us know of any special considerations regarding your vehicle (alarm systems, special ways to start the car, etc)
