I decided to have Alex tune my Ford Focus St based on the great reviews found in the forums. All I can say is that Alex loves to perfect the tune and is very educational when answering questions that I asked during the tuning process. Overall I am very satisfied with the results and wouldn't think twice about using his services.

Alex at Stratified delivered exactly what I would have expected. He listened to any of my concerns and addressed them right away. The power delivery is there and smooth even when my car has minimal mods.

Just completed a full custom tune with Alex that has been almost 6 months worth of tuning, testing, and tweeking, and all I can say is that the end result is amazing. This has been my first experience with any tuning process, and I could not be more pleased with the end result. The car drives fantastic, has tons of power, and is a world of difference (better, of course), than what I originally started with. The amount of power unlocked by Alex is truly astonishing.

Throughout the process Alex was exceptionally helpful, always taking the time to answer all questions thoroughly and completely. He helped my through the fueling issues I was experiencing with a very easy-to-follow, common sense approach, the whole time providing insight and teaching me quite a bit about the EcoBoost motor. His professionalism and vast knowledge of this platform echoed in all his communications and tunes - each time I loaded the next iteration up I was always pleased with the progress we were making.

Additionally, Alex took the time to listen to what I wanted out of the tune, whether it be more low-end power or more driveability. I would absolutely recommend this product as one of the most cost-effective and essential modifications to the Focus ST. If you are thinking of tuning your ST, I would not hesitate to do so, and would go nowhere else besides Stratified!

If you're on the fence about getting your tune done here, don't be. My experience has been pleasant and educational. My car drives like it's meant to, and is tuned specifically for the parts installed, and my driving style. I would recommend Stratified to anyone. Do yourself a favor and invest in a tune from Stratified. Like they say, "more smiles per mile," and it's completely true!

After countless reviews read trying to find something not already hit on, I came to find out there was none. Alex is just simply amazing. Having a couple issues arise during the tuning process he was more than willing to work with me as I worked out the kinks on my end. He showed that he truly cares and you are not just some P.O. number. As for the tune, I could not be happier.The powers linear delivery makes for great driveabily. Knowing you have the ability to leisurely drive around the city or open it up and tear down the streets is a far improvement over a tune from another highly rated tuner. I highly recommend Alex to anyone considering going with a tune. I point not just to reviews of here but to forums where Alex has helped numerous people without asking for anything ins return. I look forward to my future e85 tuning and knowing I put my cars future in the most capable of hands.

After getting all my Stage 3 hardware installed it was time to get a custom tune. I already knew I wanted a Stratified Tune and Alex is located a few hours away from where I live in Washington. The in-person tuning process started off with a base map and Alex made note of all changes made through each iteration of the tune. Each time we went through a new iteration Alex explained exactly what he was modifying. He was always happy to answer questions and stayed well past the end of his work day to make sure we were both happy with the tune. Corners were never cut and it's clear Alex takes pride in his work.

After about six iterations the tune was finalized. I asked Alex to tune for smooth linear power delivery and minimal wheel spin even from a hard launch. The front tires spin very briefly, hook up, and the ST takes off like a beast! I can't recommend Alex enough. He's a great guy to work with and the experience was excellent overall. Two thumbs up!
