Customer service was great and I thoroughly enjoyed working together with my tuner on the tuning process. Fabrice listened to all of my input and adjusted the tune accordingly wherever needed. I was running a tune from a different company before and Stratified's beats theirs by a long shot. My car is now running smoother than it ever has and with even better performance than I expected. So glad I could have people as knowledgeable about my car's platform to work with on the tuning process, you guys rock!

Very happy with my car’s performance on my Stratified Pro Tune. I ran Stratified's flash tunes for years with no issues. When I eventually upgraded to a larger BNR 3071 turbo on my Focus ST I chose Stratified again to tune my car. Alex was able to exceed my expectations while providing very professional service. The wait times can be a bit longer than other tuners, but you can rest assured that you will be tuned by the most experienced tuner on the Focus ST platform.

After purchasing this tune and working with my tuner along the way was 100% worth it. Car runs solid and smooth and i owe it all to my tuner who was very helpful along the way. i appreciate all that was done!! I totally recommend Stratified for the best tuning process.

This is my third tune with Stratified Auto and after this tune of my new 2.3 high performance stroker in my focus st the car runs great no issues to report, the tuning process went great and Nolan Wang my tuner for all three tunes was very professional again and is awesome to work with.

I have a '14 Ford Focus St currently at 77k miles. I have been Stratified tuned since 5k. Just recently went big turbo and obviously needed an updated tune to match. I did a custom tune with Fabrice and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Customer service was great, communication was great. Would certainly recommend!

Fabrice and the Stratified Team are GREAT! Accommodating to a busy working adult's schedule and easy to work with. Couldn't be happier with the results. Smooth power, torque curve is consistent, much more of a hot hatch with some tuning from the Stratified Team!
